Information from NYCB April 14, 2016:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TICKET HOLDERS: CONSTRUCTION ON COLUMBUS AVENUE
As a valued ticket holder, you may have already noticed construction currently underway on Columbus Avenue between 62nd and 63rd Streets. Please be aware that this construction may affect your upcoming visit/s to the Theater. While traffic is not being diverted, the number of vehicle lanes has been significantly reduced as traffic is funneled into two lanes flanking the work site in the middle of the street. This construction is planned to continue through the end of June.
Patrons traveling to the Theater via car should anticipate traffic delays in the streets surrounding Lincoln Center during this period. We highly recommend the use of 65th Street as well as Jaffe Drive (lower-level covered porte-cochere with vehicular entrance on Broadway just south of 65th Street) for drop-off and pick-up while construction is ongoing. Underground parking is available via the northbound Amsterdam Avenue entrance at 63rd Street and westbound 65th street entrance between Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway.
Patrons traveling to the Theater by bus should note that the southbound M11 bus stop normally located at the corner of 62nd Street and Columbus Avenue will be temporarily relocated to a point south of 62nd Street, and the Access-a-Ride stop may also be relocated pending final traffic control configurations.
If you have any other recommendations, please email the organizers on email@example.com
